Remove or Edit My Listing
If your procurement has been filled and you'd like your listing removed from the board, or if you need to correct details — email us with your part name, VIN, and submission timestamp. We'll action removal within 48 business hours.

Yes — submitting a procurement request to the board is completely free for buyers. The only paid option is the optional $9.99 Priority Boost, which gives your listing elevated placement on the board. Sellers pay $9.99 per contact unlock.
Never. Your contact details are stored privately and are never published on the public board. Only your part specs, vehicle details, region, and budget are visible. A seller can only receive your contact info after completing a verified Stripe payment for that specific listing.
Listings remain active until your part is sourced or you request removal. We periodically review and archive older fulfilled requests. Email us at tpartsxl@gmail.com if you'd like your listing removed.
First check your spam folder for an email from tpartsxl@gmail.com. If it's not there, email us with your Stripe payment receipt number and the listing details (part name + region). We'll manually deliver the contact info within a few hours.
No. TruckPartsXL is a marketplace connector only. Once a seller unlocks a buyer's contact, all negotiation, pricing, payment, and delivery is handled directly between the two parties. We are not a dealer, broker, or merchant of record. See our Terms of Service for full details.
